Get ready for a dynamic class that seamlessly blends the enjoyment of pickleball with targeted, game-enhancing fitness training! PickleFit Circuit is a high-energy, social class where every minute is designed to make you a fitter, more agile, and ultimately, a better pickleball player.

What to Expect:

This class utilizes an engaging circuit format, alternating between competitive play and focused physical conditioning. You'll rotate through two types of stations:

Pickleball Play Court: Enjoy lively doubles or rotational play, applying your skills and keeping your cardio up.

Game Enhancer Station: Participate in coach-led fitness circuits featuring exercises that directly translate to court success, including:

Core Strength: Exercises to build stability and rotational power for drives and volleys.

Balance & Stability: Single-leg and weight-bearing moves to improve control and quick recovery during complex shots.

Agility & Coordination: Ladder drills and quick footwork to boost speed and directional changes.
