This session is part 2 of a 4 part series designed to help beginner players progress to the intermediate level. This session will focus on improving students' volleys and help them learn the the drop shot.

Academy 1 of 4 | Intermediate | Tactical Dinking
This session is part 1 of a 4 part series designed to help intermediate level players progress to the advanced level. This lesson is specifically designed for players to learn how and when to hit different types of dinks and speedups as well as how to defend them. Being successful at the kitchen requires players to have a good understanding of risk vs reward for different types of shots. Players will learn how hit proper targets with the proper level of risk to help them win points.

Academy 2 of 4 | Intermediate | Transitioning Skills
This session is part 2 of a 4 part series designed to help intermediate level players progress to the advanced level. This lesson is specifically designed for players to improve their shot selection and decision making in transition. The vast majority of points in pickleball are won from the kitchen line and efficient drop shots will help a team neutralize the point
