For both annual and monthly memberships, pricing may be changed at the time of renewal.  A la carte fees including but not limited to events, programming, tournaments, etc. may be changed at any time without notice for both members and non members. We may offer discounted membership pricing to, among others, families and youth members, corporate members or anyone else, at our sole discretion.

Monthly credits will renew in your account at the 1st of each month and must be used within the month, they do not roll over and cannot be transferred or used by anyone other than the member.  A credit equates to $1 so the a la carte pricing shown for an event i.e. $12 for prime-time open play, will consume 12 credits.  After your credits are used, you may of course continue to sign up for events and book courts at your discounted pricing but will be paying with dollars.  Credits are not transferable, expire at the end of each month and refresh at the start of the next month.

All court experiences require an advanced reservation on Court Reserve.

Court reservation pricing is based on doubles (4 on court), per person, per hour and depends on the time of day, and membership type. The total cost will be the total of the 4 individuals, based on membership type.  The use of a court for singles or drilling is included During Non-Prime time hours for Fanatic and Game Changer level members at no additional cost, as long as both players have one of these membership types. If, for example, there was 1 game changer member and 1 visitor, the court cost would be that of the visitor only. During prime time hours, singles pricing and doubles pricing will be based on 4 players per court so, for example, 1 Fanatic level member would have this included + 1 game changer member cost + the cost of 2 visitors.

Non-Prime Time is M-F 9 AM - 5 PM and Saturday 5-7 PM. All other times are considered Prime Time.  This is subject to change at any time.

Skill based play is limited by level and allows for up to 6 per court.

Open Play is a format where players of all levels come together to share court time and allows for up to 7.5 people per court.  The current cost and pricing of open play for current memberships is detailed in the grid above. For legacy members, 150+ court hours per month of open play across all members, during non-prime time hours, is included in membership dues on a 1st come first served basis. Additional open play hours during prime and non-prime time may be offered at an additional charge. This experience is open to all levels and allows for up to 7.5 per court.

Organized events may be based on level, or not, this will be known ahead of time and allows for up to 6 per court. Pricing is per person per hour and the experience will be priced by the length of time.

Instruction pricing as shown is for a group clinics per person which allow up to 6 per court and require no less than 4 participants and will be staffed by various instructors. Smaller groups, including private instruction with the instructor of your choice is available. Please email academy@pickleballclub.house for specific timing and pricing information.

Family and Youth Membership Definitions: The general criteria of a family or youth member is someone related by blood or marriage to the primary member, resides in the same location, and in the case of a youth is 14 years of age, or younger.  Any according variation in pricing is in the sole discretion of Pickleball Clubhouse.

Membership Pause:

Memberships at Pickleball Clubhouse can be paused up to once per calendar year, for a monthly pause fee of $30 which holds your membership spot.  This may be done during the cold months (defined as November, December, January, February, March and April) for as long as 4 months and may be done during the warm months (defined as May, June, July, August, September and October) for as long as 2 months. For annual memberships, the end of your membership term will be extended the equivalent number of months you place your membership on hold.  For monthly memberships, putting your membership on hold will prevent you from having to pay another initiation fee when you resume. During the pause period, one entrance to the club (even as a guest of another member) automatically re-starts your membership that day.

In the event of a medical or injury situation that would prevent members from being able to use the club at all, membership can be paused for a monthly pause fee of $30, up to once per calendar year, for up to 4 months which holds your membership spot.  At the end of this period, an annual member may cancel their membership and receive a prorated refund for the months remaining in their membership term, after the pause period - which will be billed in full.  The same rules apply to a monthly member except that any initiation fees will not be refunded.  In all cases a medical pause request must be accompanied with a letter from a doctor stating that given your situation, playing pickleball is not possible.

-Reservation Cancellations: All reservations have value, even if the cost is absorbed in your monthly membership fee or credits.  Private court reservations require 48+ hour notice of cancellation and all other bookings: open play, skill play, etc. 24+ hour notice. If you cancel with less notice, you will be automatically charged the $ equivalent at your membership level, or the one below (if Fanatic or Game Changer). Please be considerate of your fellow members and staff by cancelling on time and expect to be charged if you do not provide sufficient notice, no exceptions.

-Guest passes: some of our membership categories include guest passes.  These can be used to bring a guest into the club for any standard experience - open play, dupr event, court booking (2 hours), etc. at no cost. These do not apply for tournaments, or other special events, in the sole discretion of Pickleball Clubhouse. An individual may only be a guest if they are not already a member of any type themselves and only once per 30 days, no matter which member brings them as their guest.

-Membership Agreement Modifications: Modifications may be made, at any time, in the sole discretion of Pickleball Clubhouse.  By executing this agreement, you are also agreeing to regularly check and review the current membership agreement and be bound by modifications therein.  The current version of the membership agreement is always available here: https://www.pickleballclub.house/membership-agreement
